The Well Equipped Kitchen (28m2)
The kitchen has been meticulously 'kitted out' with everyday items you could possibly need in a modern kitchen.
Additionally there is a Nespresso coffee machine as well as a coffee percolator, large cafetieres, teapot, milk jugs etc. plus plenty of wine and champagne glasses in the cupboard :)
We have a full-size large fridge so plenty of rooms for all your supplies plus a seperate 50/50 split freezer with a built-in 25 bottle wine/champagne cooler. Electric 4 burner halogen hob, with lots of pots/pans, kitchen utensils and serving dishes, plus dishwasher and washing machine.
The Family Sitting Room & Dining area (34m2)
The main open plan sitting room has a wall mounted 75 inch Samsung Smart TV, UK Sky free to view and Netflix. It has three sofas, a coffee table and two bookcases which are stacked with plenty of family dvd's & UK books. Let the kids snuggle up on the sofa in one of the soft throws we provide, whilst tea is being prepared.
The large hardwood dining table is situated just off the kitchen, so it's ideal when serving up a special holiday meal. It has two large benches and 6 chairs.
(2 additional chairs can be found in the downstairs bedrooms)
WiFi is available and we have and an office desk, with complementary stationery, for those who need to keep in touch with the office & home.

Beau Rivage has a fabulous playroom stacked with toys just waiting for your kids!
You will find a train set, building blocks, farm animals, dinosaurs, dressing-up clothes and princess shoes as well as classic family board games and Disney or animal puzzles - and chateau-themed indoor toddlers ball pit and HUGE chalkboard.
We cater too for the very little ones, especially for babies up to toddler age, with interesting and fun toys to keep them entertained. If you do experience a rainy day, then we have thought of that too..... There are fun activities to do as a family, such as making and decorating cupcakes, colouring-in fun activity sheets, sticker books, big busy fun worksheets with mazes, word searches, spot the difference, doodling and drawing sheets.

The Terrace & Garden
The south-facing terrace is ideal for a relaxed family breakfast or for an evening BBQ get-together under the twinkling of the romantic lights. Cook wonderful meals on our chimney-style BBQ, with a glass (or two!) of wine in your hand. The dining table, with seating comfortably for 12 adults, really is the perfect area to hear all about the exciting day at the beach or nearby attractions.
The playroom is just at the end of the terrace, so during dinner you can keep an eye on the kids while having a relaxed dinner with your family/friends. If the kids are too young to sit up to table, we have supplied them with their own little dining table & chairs to feel extra special.
As well as the hugely popular indoor playroom stacked with toys, we've also made sure the older kids have fun too. In the garden they will find a giant size Connect-4 for some fun family tournaments this summer.
Nearby we have a wonderful park with swings, slide, climbing-frame and large grassed area for a family game of rounders...!
Heated/Fenced Pool and Hot Tub
The 23ft x 13ft heated and fenced swimming pool is a depth of 4ft throughout with stainless steel steps, at one end for entry. Sitting on the terrace you can watch the fun in the pool, the sun set or admire the beautiful village steeple, whilst dining with your family and friends.
Adults-only hot tub
Why not climb into your own private hot tub and chill out as the warm waters help you unwind. A perfect place to chat and share your day’s holiday experiences with your family/friends.
Note on pool safety
As parents ourselves, we understand that pool safety is of paramount importance.
We take this part of holidaying extremely seriously.
The swimming pool is surrounded by a 1.15 metre high 'Norme Francaise' factory-made fence/barrier. It has vertical bars to meet with anti-climbing regulations. Our pool also has a self-sprung lockable gate. On top of these minimum requirements, we supply coded padlocks for extra peace of mind. To maintain the rigidity of the swimming pool fence/gate we have added extra supports to the posts. There is also a detailed sign attached to the swim gate highlighting further information regarding safety within the pool area.
The swimming pool is heated and a thermal cover is supplied to maintain heat overnight. The swimming pool is cleaned and monitored regularly to ensure the highest standard of health and hygiene is maintained at all times.
The swimming pool is within the garden which is partially laid to lawn with mature plants, trees, shrubs and flowers. There is garden furniture for a lazy afternoon's reading. We have provided a chimney-style barbecue to ensure that you can cook outside in style, whilst enjoying your evening Pimms on the terrace.
The garden is secure and completely enclosed.
