The large outdoor dining table comfortably seats 12 adults and sits beneath a wooden pergola, offering soft, dappled shade during the day and a magical setting in the evening.
Pretty terrace lighting is woven above, and classic red geraniums frame the space, creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for long lunches and even longer summer dinners.
The chimney-style BBQ is ready for family feasts, with generous prep space so cooking for a crowd feels easy - not chaotic.
A Space to Linger
Beyond the dining area, you’ll find a separate outdoor lounge area - perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or evening drinks while the BBQ warms up.
Comfortable cushioned seating surrounds the terrace, making it just as inviting for adults as it is practical for families.

The garden is fully enclosed and secured, giving parents and grandparents complete peace of mind.

We know this matters.
The pool is protected by a 1.15m high factory-made “Norme Française” compliant safety fence, designed to meet strict anti-climb regulations.
For additional reassurance, we provide:

The Vendée is recognised as one of the finest destinations in France for those who love to ride the waves and a round of the world championships is regularly held at La Tranche sur Mer.
The long stretch of the Atlantic rollers together with gentle sloping beaches, the varied breaks and the long hours of sunshine make the Vendee ideal.
It doesn't matter whether you are a seasoned surfer or a raw novice, the plethora of different breaks and surfing conditions along the 146 kilometres of coastline means that there is somewhere to suit all comers.
