Le Blue Bay
Open all year this delightful village bistro/restaurant offers excellent home cooked food at good prices. Excellent choice of French favourites and plenty of specialist classic French dishes as well as Vendee specialist food Jambon et moggets. Great place to also stop off for a coffee if you visit the weekly village market on a Friday and Monday!
La Maisonnee
Fabulous outside terrace area for dinning or an indoor dining room, on the first floor, which is full of character with newly re-pointed stone walls and oak beams.
A huge selection of fresh savoury galettes, pizza's, salads, omelettes and a fabulous choice of crepes for desert. Their speciality crepes are.... Rum, Calvados, cognac or Grand Marnier.
La Trattoria
A super favourite with all our guests - this is a super friendly and great family restaurant for the whole family with many of our clients visiting time after time. Emilie and David have recently renovated the restaurant, so it is a very pleasant and welcoming pizza and grill restaurant in the village and so close to our child-friendly villas France.
La Cave du Phare
Fabulous wine bar offering fine wines, beers and spirits. Great to spend the evening there whilst the sun sets listening to one of the many local bands they have playing (check their FB details for dates of bands) Fabulous selection of tapas and artisan charcuterie.
L'Etage
One of our favourites in La Tranche sur Mer..!
Great atmosphere, great food and very friendly service. Portions are a great size, we always book downstairs as there tends to be more of an atmosphere due to the food being cooked in front of you on the open fireplace. LARGE selection of wines on offer :)
Anong Lao-Thai
Really good Thai restaurant, thoroughly enjoyed an evening here. Seating inside is a little tight and the service can be a tad slow in peak summer time - well worth the wait though.

Équinoxe
Situated overlooking the sandy beach at La Tranche sur Mer, this restaurant is bound to excite all taste buds! Firstly, the view of the ocean is magnificent, combined with their excellent fish cuisine, first class service and fine wines, you are bound to want to go back for more!
La Cayola
A wonderful ambiance, exquisite cuisine and fantastic views from the dining room and terrace of the ocean.
The stylish and well-kept gardens are a must for sipping an early aperitif whilst watching the sun set before dinner.
Le Pousse-Pied
High quality cooking, worth a stop! Using top quality ingredients, dishes with distinct flavours are carefully prepared to a consistently high standard. The young Anthony Lumet concocts neat and refined cuisine, authentic through and through.
