Our Local Village
Longeville-sur-Mer is one of those places that just makes you exhale. Tucked between peaceful pine forests, and the endless blue of the Atlantic, it has that classic French coastal charm with a relaxed, local feel that’s never too crowded.
Just a two-minute stroll from Beau Rivage brings you right into the heart of the village, where the historic church stands proudly at the centre. On market days, the square next to it comes to life under a covered pavilion, with stalls overflowing with fresh flowers, juicy local fruit, charcuterie, seafood straight off the boat, roast chicken, homemade paella, honey, and more. It’s the perfect place to stock up for a lazy lunch or an alfresco dinner back at the villa.
And if you fancy the beach? It’s only a short 5 minute drive to reach the soft sands of Le Rocher or Les Conches, wide, beautiful beaches that are ideal for swimming, surfing, sandcastles or simply soaking up the sun with a good book.
This is the kind of village where you can slow down, breathe and enjoy the little things that make a French holiday unforgettable.
