We supply complimentary, hand gel steriliser, anti-bacterial wipes, a supply of spare surgical mask as well as a new disinfectant cleaning spray with brand new cloths for every new guest arrival

Touch Point Cleaning
Additional ‘Touch Point’ cleaning - minimum standards
Touch Point Cleaning:
Our professional cleaning team focus on high-traffic areas and now carry out the following as part of our regular cleaning service. It involves disinfecting all common touch points within a room, such as door handles and knobs, window handles, light switches, taps, remote controls, chair rests/arms, etc.
We always clean first then sanitise.
We use disposable cloths or paper towels when cleaning, and we wash reusable cloths after each use
We supply new kitchen brushes and sponges for each new arrival
We provide all guests with ample disinfectant, cleaning supplies, hand soap, tissues, kitchen roll and clean towels
We disinfect our key safe and house keys for each new arrival.
We wash all our linens, blankets, throws and towels at 60°C
We run the washing machine and dishwasher on empty each changeover either at a high temperature or with a chemical disinfectant
As part of our Terms of Business you are required, at the time of booking, to have cancellation insurance INCLUDING relating to COVID-19 restrictions. Companies are now offering Covid-19 cover, including all medical bills whilst away, which is great news and very reassuring for travellers and businesses.

Our Covid-19 Policy
To protect the health and safety of our community and our staff, it is our policy that guests should not enter the property if any of the following are true:
You are actively infected or have tested positive with COVID-19 in the past 7 days
You suspect you are sick or have been exposed and are awaiting test results to confirm or deny a diagnosis of COVID-19
You are showing symptoms or are concerned about possible infection of COVID-19
You’ve had close, sustained contact with an individual confirmed or suspected to be infected with COVID-19, within the last 7 days
