Le Mimosa is a child-friendly 5 bedroom villa with private heated/fenced swimming pool, just under a 10 minute drive from 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches and only a minutes walk from 'village life' offering bars/cafes, restaurants & weekly street markets.

The villa is particularly suitable for extended families, multi-generational gatherings, milestone celebrations or groups of friends wishing to holiday together due to the excellent lay-out offering 3 double bedrooms, quad and triple bedrooms allowing plenty of space & privacy.

Open Plan Kitchen & Dining Area

The open-plan kitchen/sitting room has been meticulously furnished & equipped. There are two large farmhouse kitchen tables where you can enjoy freshly baked croissants each morning, or spend many enjoyable hours whilst enjoying your evening meal. You have everything you would expect to find in the kitchen, including cafetiere, and a Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, microwave & two fridge/freezers - very important! Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery have also been supplied, so there will be no shortages when preparing a large family meal.

It's the little things that will make this a holiday to remember......

We catered for the little ones - high chair with support cushion, booster seat, child-friendly plastic crockery & cutlery, themed placemats, a baby-bottle warmer, hand food blender, bottle steriliser and a pushchair.

Le Mimosa is a self catering holiday home so you will need to bring/buy basic essentials. However to make things a little easier for your arrival you will find, complimentary, a small supply of essentials including tea, coffee, sugar, washing-up liquid, dish-cloths, dishwasher tablets, bin bags, kitchen foil, cling-film, toilet rolls and of course, not forgetting a nice bottle of wine...!

The Family Sitting Room & Dining area

Let the kids snuggle up on the sofa in one of the luxury soft throws we supply in the evening whilst tea is being prepared. They can then relax, keep warm and watch their favourite UK show after an exciting day out :) Once the kids are in bed, you can relax and enjoy the 42 inch Plasma TV, excellent for watching either sports, a good old fashion film, the X-Factor or Strictly Come Dancing....! Or simply relax with a glass of wine and a good book - a huge library of excellent English books including fiction, romance novels, biography & thrillers all supplied!

Not to be missed by the whole family is the great selection family/children's classic dvd's by Disney, Warner Bros, Fox & Universal plus many, many more.

We supply a Wii console (with some family games) so great fun for whole family but do remember to bring your favourite from home too!

Ideal for families sharing - One side of the villa is two double bedrooms and quad bedroom.
The other side of the house - the 3rd double bedroom and the triple bedroom.

Beds are made up ready for your arrival for each guest named on the booking form. In addition, you can hire large 100% cotton towels for the beach/pool (saves that bit of extra room in the case!) and we also offer daily maid service (at a supplement) so your beds can be ready for you to slip into after a hard day at the beach or round the pool..!

We supply bed guards and mattress protectors for the kids as well as night lights.

Le Mimosa is stacked with toys just waiting for your kids! Train set, building blocks, farm animals, dolls house, dressing up clothes and princess shoes, to classic family board games and Disney or animal puzzles.

Baking fun - At Le Mimosa you will also find child friendly, colourful and fun baking equipment so the kids can really have some fun on holiday making a mess! Choose your favourite cupcake from one of the many wonderful recipes supplied in an easy to follow binder that we are sure all the family will love!

The Terrace & Garden

The 1200m2 gardens are well established with lots of mature plants and shrubs from palm trees to olive trees. It is completely private and not overlooked by any other property. The garden is fully fenced with a gate to the front entrance with parking for up to 3 to 4 cars.

The kids will enjoy the children's outdoor play area with swings, slide and a huge chalk board and giant Connect- 4 game.

Heated & Fenced Pool

The fenced, heated and PRIVATE 10m x 3.5m swimming pool is overlooked by the outdoor terrace area and surrounded by mature gardens. The pool is a good size and has 'Roman Steps' leading down at one end making entering and exiting the pool easier for less confident swimmers and for those with limited mobility.

Note of pool safety

As parents ourselves, we understand that pool safety is of paramount importance.

We take this part of holidaying with us extremely seriously.

The swimming pool is surrounded by a 1.15 metre high 'Norme Francaise' factory made fence/barrier. It has vertical bars to meet with anti-climbing regulations. Our pool also has a self-sprung lockable gate. On top of these minimum requirements, we supply coded padlocks for extra peace of mind. To maintain the rigidity of the swimming pool gate we have added extra supports to the posts as these get quite a lot of use each day. There is also a detailed sign attached to the swim gate highlighting further information regarding safety within the pool area.

The swimming pool is heated and a thermal cover is supplied to maintain heat overnight. The swimming pool is cleaned and monitored regularly to ensure the highest standards of health and hygiene are maintained.
