We offer the ability for the Client to cancel up until the final payment due date (16 weeks prior to arrival date) with the Client receiving a 100% refund. This only comes into effect IF Beach Holidays France Ltd. are able to re-sell the selected week at the same price within 4 weeks of receiving the Clients cancellation.  If the week was not re-sold, or is sold for a lesser amount, the Client must claim their loss through their holiday insurance company which the Client is obliged to have when making their reservation as part of the booking terms of business. 

 If the Client chooses to continue with the booking and pay the final balance, all funds received at the point of cancellation is non-refundable in any circumstances for any reasons, including 3rd party restrictions relating to Covid-19.

The client must understand that they are entering into the rental contract, and accepts the inherent risks.  If at the time of reservation, the destination is already officially considered "at risk" and possibly to remain so, the client must accept the risk of the potential losses and claim these losses through their holiday insurance company.
